Assistant City Administrator Crane stated the group paid $10,000 for the <br />license. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Mueller. To Waive the Reading and Adopt Resolution 7787, a <br />Resolution to Consider an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License Renewal for the Mermaid <br />Acquisition Group, Inc., (doing business as The Mermaid), located at 2200 County Highway 10. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />E. Public Hearing at 7:25 p.m., Resolution 7788, a Resolution to Consider an <br />Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License Renewal for ABC Liquor located at <br />2840 County Highway 10. <br /> <br />Assistant City Administrator Crane stated ABC Liquor was compliant with the police and fire <br />department at this time. All property taxes and utility bills have been paid in full.
