To Postpone Action on the On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor <br />License Renewal for Moe’s located at 2400 County Highway 10 to the June 27th City Council <br />meeting. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />E. Resolution 7800, Reapproving the Select Senior Living Final Plat. <br /> <br />Planning Associate Heller stated Select Senior Living wanted to complete their project in the <br />City of Mounds View. However, the bond market has not cooperated and they were still waiting <br />to complete the final sale on bonds. The final plat has not been recorded. For this reason, Select <br />Senior Living was requesting the Council to reapprove the final plat at this time. <br /> <br />Council Member Mueller questioned if the Rice Creek Watershed needed to review this plat <br />before the City granted reapproval. Planning Associate Heller stated the plan would be approved <br />administratively through the Rice Creek Watershed before beginning as nothing has changed <br />with the plat. <br /> <br />Mayor Flaherty suggested a City fee be written into reapproving plat fees to assure that staff time <br />was being covered. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Mueller. To Waive the Reading and Adopt Resolution 7800, <br />Reapproving the Select Senior Living Final Plat. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />8. CONSENT AGENDA <br />A. Resolution 7799, Approving Mounds View Business Licenses. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Hull. To Approve the Consent Agenda as presented. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />9. JUST AND CORRECT CLAIMS <br /> <br />Finance Director Beer answered the Council's questions related to claims. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull.
