Preliminary engineering drawings, plans <br /> and cost estimates must accompany the proposal. Attached is a proposal for services provided <br /> by SEH. Staff requests the City Council to approve this expenditure for plans. Even if the grant <br /> is not approved, the plans can be used for future grant applications.
