Based on the scoring, candidates are then chosen for <br /> interviews. <br /> Recreation Supervisor Position: <br /> Interviews for the recreation program supervisor position were conducted Tuesday 2/25 and <br /> Wednesday 2/26. The panel consisted of Mary Saarion, Jim Ericson and myself. Questions <br /> focused on knowledge, skills and abilities in the areas of general office, recreation and <br /> personal/interpersonal environment. Candidates also completed an in-basket exercise which <br /> • consisted of creating a computer generated program flyer describing a new, creative elementary <br /> after-school recreation program. <br /> Out of the eight candidates, Margaret Burke,performed exceptionally well in the oral interview <br /> and in-basket exercise. The interview panel mutually agreed Margaret Burke to be the top <br /> candidate. <br /> III <br />
