The granting of this wetland alteration permit is contingent upon the granting of a <br /> permit from Rice Creek Watershed District and shall be null and void if this <br /> approval is not received within 120 days from the date on which the City Council <br /> acts to grant this development review. In no event shall any building permits be <br /> issued until such time as the permit from Rice Creek Watershed District has been <br /> obtained. <br /> 2. The area which will be disturbed by grading of the detention pond shall be <br /> reseeded with native species within the first growing season, and reseeding shall be <br /> supplemented until a vigorous plant growth is established. <br /> 3.
