During 1996, the City Council held various meetings on the plan, and adopted the <br /> 1997 budget based upon information in the plan, however due to on oversight,the long term <br /> financial plan was not adopted by Ordinance. <br /> A copy of the 1996 Long Term Financial Plan (modified to reflect adjustments that were made <br /> during the 1997 budget process) was distributed at the March 17, 1997 work session. Attached is <br /> a copy of the proposed Ordinance and the second reading is tenatively scheduled for April. <br /> • <br /> • <br />
