A Proclamation Declaring April 6-12, 1997 as International Building Safety Week for 1997. <br /> 26 <br /> 27 Ms. Sheldon,Director of Community Development noted that this proclamation is to recognize the importance <br /> 28 of the building plan review and building permit process in maintaining safe construction for both the <br /> 29 community and individuals. She proceeded to read the Proclamation. <br /> 30 <br /> 31 MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Stigney to Adopt the Proclamation,Declaring April 6- 12, 1997 as International <br /> 32 Building Safety Week 1997. <br /> 33 <br /> 34 VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> 35 <br /> 36 CONSENT AGENDA: <br /> 37 <br /> 38 MOTION/SECOND: Trude/Koopmeiners to approve the Consent Agenda as presented in the Agenda. <br /> 39 <br /> 40 Council member Stigney noted that there were two items on the Consent Agenda for Step Adjustments for two <br /> 41 employees.
