These include: <br /> • Exhibit 1 to Resolution No. 5104, the resolution adopting a comprehensive plan <br /> amendment from medium density residential to mixed use PUD for commercial uses on <br /> the O'Neil property. Exhibit 1 shows how the map for District.1 would appear in the <br /> Comprehensive Plan. <br /> A copy of the new map and of the existing map is included. If City Council approves <br /> • Resolution No. 5104,we would have the art work done to add the natural features to the <br /> new map as is shown in the existing map. <br /> • Resolution No. 5119, which would adopt the general concept plan showing a 16-screen <br /> movie theater, three 11,000 square foot office buildings, and two restaurant sites. <br /> • Ordinance No. 598, which would approve the change in the zoning from R-2 and B-1 to <br /> Planned Unit Development (PUD)for commercial development. <br /> Also enclosed are two letters received from citizens, and a memo to the file with comments <br /> received from Ed Donatelle. Finally, there is a copy of a news article on the theater project from <br /> the Pioneer Press. <br /> Order of Business <br /> The O'Neil project involves three items: <br /> • Comprehensive Plan Amendment <br /> • Action on the General Concept Plan(required for PUD zoning) <br /> • Action on the Rezoning Request from R-2 and B-1 to PUD <br /> Staff has consulted with the City Attorney on how the order the various actions associated with <br /> • the O'Neil project.
