City Council should hold <br /> the public hearing and take action on the comp plan amendment(Resolution No. 5104)before <br /> taking action on the general concept plan and rezoning. <br /> General Concept Plan: <br /> The general concept plan is subject to a public hearing. Mr. Long has suggested that City Council <br /> hold the hearing and take action on the general concept plan(Resolution No. 5119)to determine <br /> if the uses and site layout are acceptable before taking action on the rezoning request. <br /> Rezoning: <br /> The rezoning request is subject to a public hearing. If the general concept plan is acceptable, the <br /> City Council could proceed to hold the hearing on the rezoning request, introduce and have first <br /> reading of Ordinance No. 598 at this meeting.
