The garbage hauler will no longer collect the trash because of failure to pay. <br /> Parliament Company has continued to make arrangements with NSP to continue providing <br /> electrical service. The NSP bill is currently about $4000.00. The owner was issued a <br /> disconnection notice from the water department for failure to pay a $370 water bill. The tenants <br /> did sign a promissory agreement with the City which will allow water service to continue. <br /> It has also come to the City's attention that the property is in foreclosure. The owner has an FHA <br /> secured loan and the current lender is Principal Residential based out of Iowa.
