Each position has received a <br /> performance evaluation concurring with the scheduled step adjustment. <br /> Bruce Kessel, Finance Director has been with the City since July 8, 1996. He is currently at step <br /> 3 and a step adjustment is scheduled to step 4. <br /> Tracy Sanchez, Administration/Finance Department Secretary, has been with City since January <br /> 13, 1997. She is currently at step 2 and a step adjustment is scheduled to step 3. <br /> 111 <br /> Diane Clyne has been with the City since July 24, 1997. She is currently at step 2 and a step <br /> adjustment is scheduled to step 3. <br /> Recommendation: Motion to approve step adjustments. <br />
