Page 3,Line 3 should <br /> • 45 be changed to read"Acting Mayor Koopmeiners noted that this is the period of time. . . ." She also noted <br /> 46 that a vote was not recorded on page 11,,after line 21. The vote should read"4 ayes,0 nays,Motion Carried". <br /> 47 <br />
