Parcel A would be 8,734 <br /> square feet and 55 feet wide at the street and Parcel B would be 6,956 square feet and have 35 feet <br /> of frontage on Silver Lake Road. Both lots would be above the minimum lot size of 6,250 square <br /> feet for zero lot line developments. There are existing five-foot drainage and utility easements <br /> around the perimeter of the existing lot. The applicants propose an additional five feet of easement <br /> in the front and rear of both lots (10 feet total). <br /> The Planning Commission in Resolution 516-97 recommended approval of this minor subdivision <br /> request at its last meeting on August 6, 1997.
