The lease was approved by the Independent <br /> School District No. 621 Board on August 12th. The resolution is modeled after the Children's Home <br /> Society's whereby the Council is approving the lease as presented and authorizing the Mayor and <br /> • Clerk-Administrator to execute the lease. The lease was presented to the Council in Final Draft form <br /> at the August work session with no modifications. <br /> Recommendation: <br /> Staff if recommending approval of Resolution No. 5150 approving the lease with Community <br /> Education and authorizing the Mayor and Clerk-Administrator to execute the agreement. <br /> 0 <br />
