He <br /> 5 noted that filing for the election for the Council Vacancy begins on Tuesday,August 26th and will be open until <br /> 6 September 9th. He also stated his concern in the lack of accuracy of information in regard to the Ring-Road <br /> 7 Concept. He noted that no commitment or decisions have been made.
