RESOLUTION NO. 5161 . <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A STEP ADJUSTMENT FOR <br /> CATHY BENNETT, DIRECTOR OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT <br /> WHEREAS, Cathy Bennett has been with the City since April 4, 1994 and <br /> has been in the capacity of Director of Economic Development since October 4, 1996; and <br /> WHEREAS, Cathy's performance has met the responsibilities of Director of Economic <br /> Development as outlined in the job description; and <br /> WHEREAS, her work performance has been satisfactorily reflected in her performance <br /> review; and <br /> WHEREAS, a step adjustment that is consistent with the City's Compensation Policy is <br /> recommended. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council hereby <br /> • <br /> approves a step adjustment for Cathy Bennett from $4,062.32/mo. to $4,301.28/mo. effective <br /> October 4, 1997. <br /> Adopted this 22nd day of September, 1997 <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Mayor McCarty <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Charles Whiting, City Clerk-Administrator <br />
