6 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 5165 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION DESIGNATION MOUNDS VIEW CITY HALL AS THE TEMPORARY <br /> POLLING LOCATION FOR THE NOVEMBER 4, 1997 SPECIAL ELECTION <br /> WHEREAS, as required by Minnesota Election Statute 204B.16,the governing body of <br /> each municipality shall designated a polling location for each election precinct; and <br /> WHEREAS, the designated polling location for the City of Mounds View was the Bel- <br /> Rae Ballroom; <br /> WHEREAS, the Bel Rae Ballroom was sold to the City of Mounds View and is currently <br /> under construction; and <br /> WHEREAS, during the interim, the City has designated Mounds View City Hall, 2401 <br /> Highway 10, as the temporary polling location for the November 4, 1997 Special Election; and <br /> WHEREAS, future elections in 1998 and thereafter will be held at the new Mounds View <br /> Community Center(previously named"Bel Rae Ballroom"), 5394 Edgewood Drive. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of the City of Mounds <br /> View does hereby designate Mounds View City Hall, 2401 Highway, as the temporary polling <br /> location for the November 4, 1997 Special Election. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, future elections will be held at <br /> 5394 Edgewood Drive. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Mayor McCarty <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Charles S.
