Also on July 16, <br /> 1997, the Planning Commission approved a variance in the parking ratios to allow a reduction in <br /> the amount of parking required from 2.5 spaces per unit (1 garage space and 1.5 surface spaces) <br /> to 2.15 spaces per unit(1 garage space and 1.15 surface stalls).
