ORDINANCE 603 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW • <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO MULTIPLE DWELLING REGISTRATION AND <br /> AMENDING'13.1LE 1005, SECTION 1005.12, SUBDIVISION 1 OF THE MOUNDS <br /> VIEW MUNICIPAL CODE. <br /> THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: <br /> SECTION 1. Title 1005.12, Subd. 1 of the Mounds View Municipal Code shall be amended to read: <br /> 1005.12: MULTIPLE DWELLING REGISTRATION: <br /> Subd. 1. Certificate Required:No person shall allow to be occupied or let to another <br /> for occupancy units in a multiple dwelling for which a certificate of registration has not been <br /> provided by the Building Inspection Department. For the purposes of this Section 1005.12 <br /> of the Mounds View Municipal Code only. the term"multiple dwelling" shall be defined to <br /> include the definition of. and have the same meaning as,the terms"Dwelling. Multiple" and <br /> "Dwelling, Two-Family" as set forth in Section 1102.02, Subd. 36 and Subd. 39 respectively <br /> of the Mounds View Municipal Code except that the inspection requirements of this section • <br /> for"Dwelling. Two-Family" units shall o y be applicable to non owner-occupied units. <br /> SECTION 2. <br /> This ordinance takes effect 30 days after its publication. <br /> Read by the City Council of the city of Mounds View this 8th day of September, 1997. <br /> Read and passed by the City Council of the City of Mounds View this 22nd day of <br /> September, 1997. <br /> Duane McCarty, Mayor <br /> Charles S.
