Rm A <br /> CALL TO <br /> ORDER: Chair Hammerschmidt called the meeting to order. <br /> ROLL CALL: All members were present including Bill Hanggi, Chuck Whiting, Mary <br /> Saarion, John Hammerschmidt, Rick Jarson and Lynette Morgan. <br /> SUGGESTIONS: Bill Hanggi read three suggestions from the suggestion boxes located at <br /> City Hall, Police Department and Public Works Garage. <br /> Suggestion 41 was a suggestion that the dress code be reinstigated whereas <br /> it was the opinion that the casual dress was not appropriate. Chuck <br /> Whiting said that he would e-mail a message to everyone that because the <br /> weather is cooling and the air conditioning problems less severe, that the <br /> dress code would be reinacted. • <br /> Suggestion 42 was a request to inform employees about the mold and <br /> allergies situation of City Hall basement. Tracy Sanchez would be directed <br /> to e-mail employees information regarding the mold situation and what is <br /> being done about it. <br /> Suggestion 4 3 was a request to look into the possibility of having a 5" HD <br /> exhaust fan downstairs to draw up and out the downstair air at City Hall. <br /> This idea to be referred to Public Works Director Ulrich to address in <br /> HVAC plans and activities. <br /> COMMITTEE <br /> MEMBER <br /> REPORTS: Lynnette reported that information from other cities about how they <br /> forward suggestions was the same as this committee had suggested- <br /> forwarding suggestions, ideas, etc. to Department Heads, Administrator of <br /> City Council -or whoever is able to address action. <br /> Bill Hanggi inquired as to the plans for the Community Center and if any <br /> discussion had been had regarding moving City Hall offices across the <br /> street. • <br /> Administrator Whiting replied that there had been hints of this idea but that <br />
