2. External Dissemination <br /> • <br /> a. The City Clerk-Administrator will file copies of the Affirmative <br /> Action Plan with the State Department of Human Rights. <br /> b. The City Clerk-Administrator will file copies of the City's <br /> Affirmative Action Policy with the State Employment Service and <br /> such minority handicapped and women's organizations which <br /> benefit from open recruitment. <br /> c. The City Finance Director shall distribute a statement of the City's <br /> commitment to EEO/AA to all vendors and shall encourage them <br /> to follow similar practices. <br /> d. The City shall make readily available to minorities, handicapped <br /> persons, women and protected class groups the current listing of <br /> job opportunities in the City work force. The City will advertise <br /> available positions in a manner determined by the City to be most <br /> appropriate to reach local minority, handicapped and female <br /> persons seeking employment. <br /> e.
