Provide each participating municipality with a <br /> copy of its Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, <br /> Amendments thereto, and the IRS tax exempt <br /> status letter. <br /> D. Additional Parties. Upon the agreement of at <br /> least 50% of the participating municipalities, <br /> additional political subdivisions may be added <br /> as additional participating municipalities by <br /> each such political subdivision adopting a <br /> resolution authorizing participation and the <br /> execution of an addendum to this Joint Powers <br /> Agreement whereby the additional municipality <br /> agrees to be bound by the terms of this Joint <br /> Powers Agreement . <br /> E.
