We are not requesting a vacation I <br /> of the easement over Lots 19 Edgewood Square. It is my understanding that we <br /> also need to request a Wetland Alterations Permit before we can build on the subject <br /> lots. <br /> Last week the Rice Creek Watershed approved our request to alter the wetlands per <br /> the enclosed plan.
