Silverview Estates Staff Report <br /> December 5, 1997 <br /> • Page 6 <br /> o A development contract which sets forth all of the terms, conditions, requirements, agreements, <br /> guarantees and plans for the orderly development of the land shall be executed as required by <br /> Section 1006.06, Subd. 4 of the City Code. <br /> O Obtain a permit from Mn/DOT for access onto Highway 10, drainage into the Highway 10 <br /> right-of-way and for any grading to take place within the right-of-way. <br /> Obtain approvals from Ramsey County for the final grading and drainage plans, access and <br /> construction within County right-of-way, and a utility permit for construction within the County <br /> right-of-way. <br /> • Obtain a general storm water permit from the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, as required. <br /> O Approval of the PUD Development Plan is contingent upon approval of the Preliminary Plat for <br /> Silverview Estates. <br /> Recommendations: <br /> A. Adopt Resolution No. 5183 approving the Preliminary Plat for Silverview Estates, subject <br /> to stipulations as noted in the resolution. <br /> • B.
