WAI Continuum will be at the meeting to present updated renderings of the <br /> interior and exterior of the building and provide samples of the brick and colors proposed. Once <br /> these documents are approved the Final Plans and Specifications can be prepared for the competitive <br /> bid process in January/February. It is expected that construction will begin as soon as possible in the <br /> Spring. <br /> Recommendation: <br /> Staff is recommending approval of the Design Development Documents with any revisions per <br /> Council or Department Heads <br /> . <br />
