Design a discussion outline which will insure that the issues your council <br /> wants to cover get addressed. <br /> 2. Facilitation of the actual event; <br /> 3. Decision assistant during the facilitation to develop actual decisions. <br /> We add value to your process by designing a process which meets council expectations and <br /> by provide a safe environment for a frank conversation among the council members with our <br /> • help in framing decisions for them. <br /> As you can tell from our client list,we have had considerable experience in city work, both <br /> with the League of Minnesota Cities and with many suburban and exurban city councils. <br /> Each project has been customized for that city. <br /> Our fee for the combined design and facilitation services ranges from$1,750 to$2,000, <br /> depending on the length of the design process and the length of the council retreat. <br /> You mentioned your council's interest in meeting on a Saturday.
