12/12/97 FRI 14:18 FAX 904-MAINSTREET 2002 • Proposal for Consulting Services City of Mosinee, Wisconsin Conduct Team Building Session with the City Council and City Administrator Ask the Council and Administrator to complete personality and behavioral survey (the Performax Personality Profile will be used.) The consultant will complete individual results on each participant and provide a summary of the group's responses which will be shared at a later team building session. Conduct a team building session with the City Council and City Administrator designed to assess individual diffe renes among participants. Develop a system that promotes more effective decision making, enhances the understanding of individual differences among participants, and promotes an atmosphere that allows for individual differences to be taken under consideration. Assist the City Council, City Administrator, and Management Team in a Strategic Planning Session 1. Begin the discussion to develop a vision or mission for the City. • 2. Identify a clear set of goals for the City. 3. Establish priorities for the goals and direction of the City. 4. Develop support for these goals among Council and staff. 5. Develop communication and team work among Council and staff. 6. Develop a model for implementation of the goals established by the City Council. PHASE I Begin process to develop a vision for the City. Conduct exercise to answer questions leading to the draft of a Mission Statement. PHASE II Conduct a Strategic Planning Session with the City Council, City Administrator, and Management Team. This session will: * Identify Stakeholders * Assess the current strengths and weaknesses of the organization * Identify opportunities and threats of the organization * List and clarify goals * Identify strategic issues PHASE III iAfter establishing priorities of the strategic issues, develop a model plan for implementation and a framework for accomplishing the completion of these issues.
