RESOLUTION NO. 2320 <br /> CIT; Or ;MOUNDS VIE' <br /> COUNTY OF RAt1SEY • <br /> STATE OF t1INNESOTA • <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE .PERMIT FOR A <br /> TEMPORARY ACCESSORX' STRUCTURE TO BE PLACED IN AN P.-1 <br /> DISTRICT AT 7901 RED OAK DRIVE, CHURCH UPON THE ROCK <br /> WHEREAS, the Church Upon the Rock , 7901 Red Oak Drive, has <br /> requested a conditional use permit to erect a temporary classroom <br /> in an R-1 District; and <br /> WHEREAS , this structure will be tr,:ated as a temporary <br /> accessory structure with a six foot setback from the principle <br /> building except for a temporary passageway connecting the two <br /> buildings;- and <br /> WHEREAS, this temporary structure will be allowed on the <br /> property for a time period not to exceed five years from City <br /> _ Council approval provided that the use as a classroom does not . <br /> change; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Coun., .i of <br /> the City of Mounds View approves a conditional use permit to <br /> for the erection of a temporary classroom not to exceed five <br /> years from City Council approval for Church Upon the Rock, 7901 <br /> -Red Oak Driver legally known as Spring Lake Park Hillview, Lots <br /> 113 and 114, contingent upon the follow! n!i; <br /> f <br /> 1 . After the five-year time period , the temporary structure <br /> is to be removed and a permanent structure put in its <br /> place requiring the site and building to be brought up to <br /> Code, pending approval by the City Council . <br /> 2.
