Due to the multi-jurisdictional affiliation of this <br /> situation, representatives from the affected governmental units have been <br /> invited to this work session to discuss a possible resolution. <br /> The representatives that will be present are: Dan Soler, traffic engineer <br /> from Ramsey County; John Olson, Engineer from Anoka County; and Charlie <br /> Hurdlich, Engineer from MnDot. <br /> In addition, Rich Lau from MnDot's Traffic Management Center will be <br /> present to discuss the rationale, study and impact on the City by adding <br /> meters to the on ramp of 35W southbound from Highway 10. <br /> Oic10(14 <br /> Tim Cruikshank, Asst. to City Admin. <br /> RECOMMENDATION; <br />
