Pink <br /> Flower has not made a decision to pursue a license but is in the process of <br /> looking at the costs and benefits. Last week I had a conversation with Ed <br /> Paster regarding liquor licenses in Mounds View Square and how the current <br /> code restricts issuance of licenses due to its proximity to the Church. Ed has <br /> recently spoke with the Church pastor and has assured me that they have no <br /> objection to liquor being served at restaurant establishments in the retail <br /> complex. <br /> Mark Your Calendars: <br /> ♦ Multi-Tech began construction and have scheduled a ground breaking ceremony <br /> for July 21 , 1994 at 1 :30 p.m. I will work with Scott Wiley regarding the <br /> formalities, press release and schedule for the ceremony. The request meets all of the criteria for installation, including <br /> spacing requirements. The requested location for installation is between 5249 and <br /> 5255 Skiba Drive. <br /> Airport Drive intersection <br /> A tentative meeting has been scheduled for 2 p.m., Tuesday, 7/12, with three of <br /> the four involved governmental jurisdictions for the installation of lights at the <br /> intersection of Airport Drive and Highway 118. <br /> 5 Year Goal Plan <br /> Work on the 5 year goal plan is underway and is scheduled for printing and delivery <br /> by the end of July. <br /> Tim C. <br />
