Consideration of Introduction of Ordinance No. 546 Amending <br /> 5 Municipal Code of Mounds View by Amending Chapter 408 Entitled, <br /> 6 "Economic Development Commission" <br /> 7 <br /> 8 Cathy Bennett, Economic Development Coordinator, explained that an <br /> 9 amendment needed to be made to Chapter 408 of the Mounds View <br /> 10 Municipal Code entitled, "Economic Development Commission" for term <br /> 11 expiration dates for the first EDC members. This would allow the <br /> 12 terms of the commission members to be staggered. <br /> 13 <br /> 14 MOTION/SECOND: Wuori/Trude to Waive the Reading and Approve Formal <br /> 15 Introduction of Ordinance No. 546 Amending the Mounds View Municipal <br /> 16 Code Chapter 408 , Entitled "Economic Development Commission" <br /> 17 <br /> 18 VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried. <br /> 19 <br /> 20 C. Consideration of Adoption of Ordinance No. 543 Amending the <br /> 21 Municipal Code of Mounds View By Amending Appendix A Entitled, <br /> 22 "Specific Rezonings" <br /> 23 <br /> 24 Samantha Orduno, City Administrator, announced that this ordinance <br /> 25 would require a roll call vote. <br /> 26 <br /> 27 Orduno reported that at the June 27 , 1994 Council Meeting, Prime <br /> 28 Builders was given approval for a 22 unit condominium project at <br /> 29 2856 Highway 10 . Orduno further explained that as part of that <br /> 30 application, Prime Builders requested a rezoning of the property <br /> 31 from R-4 , High Density Residential, to PUD, Planned Unit <br /> 32 Development. Orduno stated that the rezoning would allow the zoning <br /> 33 to more closely match the use of the property as a condominium <br /> 34 development. <br /> 35 <br /> 36 MOTION/SECOND: Blanchard/Wuori to Waive the Reading and Adopt <br /> 37 Ordinance No. 543 Amending the Municipal Code of Mounds View by <br /> 38 Amending Appendix A Entitled, "Specific Rezonings" <br /> 39 <br /> 40 ROLL CALL VOTE: <br /> 41 <br /> 42 Linke - yes <br /> 43 Blanchard - yes <br /> 44 Quick - yes <br /> 45 Trude - yes <br /> 46 Wuori - yes <br /> 47 <br /> 48 VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> 49 <br /> 50 D.
