Trude also asked about the noise barrier <br /> 8 walls. <br /> 9 <br /> 10 Orduno commented that staff had been out to the site and <br /> 11 looked at the walls. These walls come in sections and perhaps <br /> 12 a section could be removed or a section curved in some. <br /> 13 <br /> 14 Councilmember Trude encouraged residents to stop completely at <br /> 15 stop signs and to watch their speed limits in the City. <br /> 16 <br /> 17 Councilmember Trude also mentioned that she was glad to see the <br /> 18 people who attended and gave input at the budget work session. <br /> 19 Trude noted that a couple of those persons stayed until 1: 00 <br /> 20 a.m. <br /> 21 <br /> 22 Report of Administrator: <br /> 23 <br /> 24 Samantha Orduno reported that there will be public informational meeting <br /> 25 on the Pleasantview Drive reconstruction regarding curbs, gutters and <br /> 26 storm sewer. Mike Ulrich, Public Works Director did a large mailing on <br /> 27 Pleasantview Drive to the homeowners. <br /> 28 <br /> 29 Report of Mayor Linke: <br /> 30 <br /> 31 a. The Festival In The Park is July 17 . The parade will start at <br /> 32 1: 00 p.m. There will be 42 units in the parade with three of <br /> 33 those being band units. In the City newsletter there was a list <br /> 34 and time of the Festival activities. Mayor Linke encouraged <br /> 35 everyone to participate in the Festival . <br /> 36 <br /> 37 b. On July 20 the Ramsey County League of Local Governments will <br /> 38 hold its annual picnic. There are still openings for Council <br /> 39 members to attend.
