* State passed superfund legislation that will result in <br /> (eventual) reimbursement of the funds paid for the Oak <br /> Grove settlement, Administrator active on LMC Superfund <br /> Committee that helped draft legislation. <br /> * Legislative session ended with funding for the City to <br /> participate in Community Partners for our business retention <br /> program. <br /> * Staff completes first draft of Long Term Financial Plan and <br /> several staff level drafts of the 1995 General Fund Program <br /> * Golf Course construction well under way, staff involved in <br /> monitoring progress. <br /> JUNE <br /> * 1993 Audit completed and presented to Council. <br /> * 1994 LMC Annual Conference - staff make 2 presentations, City <br /> retains member on the Board of Directors. <br /> * Successful compromise with Rice Creek Watershed District for the <br /> delineation of the wetland on the proposed senior housing site. <br /> * Council approves creation of Economic Development Commission. <br /> * Final payment paid to City Hall contractor, but work goes on <br /> regarding the "finishing touches" to the City Hall expansion. <br /> Staff patiently awaiting arrival of furniture. <br /> * EDA approves Development Agreements for Multi-Tech expansion <br /> and C.G.
