RAMSEY COUNTY VISIONING PROCESS
Additionally in July, Ramsey County appointed me to one of their
strategic planning committees. The topic our group will be
studying is the coordination of land use.
NEWSLETTER
The newsletter editorial board met several times and assisted with
the coordination of articles for two editions of Mounds View
Matters.
HILLVIEW ROAD AND QUINCY STREET AREA STOP SIGNS AND LIGHTING
In response to a petition from this neighborhood, stop signs were
placed on westbound and eastbound Hillview Road at Quincy Street.
Streetlights are being installed in this area as well.
STREETLIGHT AT INTERSECTION OF COUNTY ROAD J AND AIRPORT DRIVE
Users of this intersection expressed concern about the hazards of
this area. To make the intersection less dangerous, it has been
proposed that streetlights be added on the Northwest corner and the
Southeast corner of the intersection. Eventually, if traffic
counts reach the required level, traffic signal lights could be
installed.
