APPROVE <br />I ' :. <br />: A <br />v v <br />PROCEEDINGS OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Regular Meeting <br />July 6, 1994 <br />Mounds View City Hall <br />2401 Highway 10, Mounds View, MN 55112 <br />The Mounds View Planning Commission was <br />called to order by Chair Peterson at <br />7:30 p.m. on July 6, 1994. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioners Nelson, <br />Ruggles, Miller, Stevenson, Colleen, and <br />Johnston. Chair Peterson had an excused <br />absence. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Planner Harrington and <br />Recording Secretary Benesch were also <br />present. <br />Motion/Second: Ruggles/Miller to <br />approve the minutes of June 1, 1994. <br />6 ayes <br />0 nays <br />There were no resident requests or <br />comments from the floor. <br />Planner Harrington reviewed the <br />conditional use permit request by Vince <br />Meyer reminding the Planning Commission <br />that Mr. Meyer is requesting to <br />construct an oversized garage. Mr. <br />Meyer is requesting 976 square feet (the <br />Code allows up to 1264 square feet with <br />a conditional use permit). <br />Planner Harrington informed the <br />Commission that Mr. Meyer has already <br />constructed the garage. He also noted <br />that the additional permit fees for the <br />larger garage have been paid. <br />Motion/Second: Stevenson/Miller to <br />approve Resolution No. 389-94 regarding <br />the conditional use permit request of <br />Vince Meyer, 8380 Spring Lake Road. <br />1.
