Mounds View Planning Commission July 6, 1994 <br />Regular Meeting Page 2 <br />6 ayes 0 nays <br />Planning Harrington reminded the <br />Planning Commission that this item had <br />been discussed at their June 15th Agenda <br />Session. He reviewed Resolution No. <br />390-94 reading aloud the contingencies <br />stated therein. He also informed the <br />Planning Commission that the applicant <br />would be required to submit a <br />Certificate of Survey showing side yard <br />setbacks. <br />Motion/Second: Miller/Johnston to <br />approve Resolution No. 390-94, <br />recommending approval of the conditional <br />use permit request of Rodney and <br />Victoria Schultz, 5505 Quincy Street. <br />6 ayes 0 nays <br />Planner Harrington reviewed this case <br />and explained that the applicant, Harold <br />Ihnot, was requesting a variance to <br />allow for a second driveway for health <br />reasons. <br />The Planning Commission discussed the <br />contingencies that would be included in <br />the resolution. It was the consensus of <br />the Planning Commission that the <br />variance shall become null and void 10 <br />years after its adoption, a copy shall <br />be recorded with Ramsey County, and the <br />width of the driveway shall not exceed <br />12 feet. It was also noted that the <br />property owner would be responsible for <br />the removal of the driveway upon <br />expiration of the Sunset clause. <br />Planner Harrington distributed the <br />proposed resolution to the Planning <br />Commission. <br />Motion/Second: Stevenson/Colleen to <br />approve Resolution No. 391-94, <br />recommending approval of the variance <br />Motion Carried <br />6.
