Capital Expenditures <br />It is not anticipated that there will be capital expenditures for this program in the next <br />five years. <br />Staff Projections <br />While City staff serve as commission liaisons, staff expenditures are not included in this <br />program. <br />General Expenditures <br />General expenditures are likely to increase in the next five years due to the increase in <br />commissions and task forces. <br />3. OFFICE OF CITY CLERK -ADMINISTRATOR <br />Program Function <br />The Clerk -Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations of <br />the City. The areas of responsibility include management of all City departments as well <br />as direct responsibility for the following service programs: <br />* Office of City Clerk -Administrator <br />* Human Resources <br />* Economic Development <br />* Legal Services <br />* Elections <br />* Public Information <br />* Marketing <br />* Central Services <br />* MIS/Records Retention (6/29/94, Revision 1) <br />The Clerk -Administrator directs the implementation of all City policy adopted by the <br />City Council or mandated by County, State or Federal law.
