This includes the hardware <br />necessary to make these connections; this includes laptop computers for Councilmem- <br />bers, modems <br />, software, telephone connections and a Versa - <br />Link to convert telephone lines to modem lines. The software could be a bulletin board <br />or Prodigy package that allows users to share information and send messages. This <br />system would also offer the ability to change how packets are currently being handled. <br />Paper could be eliminated and all information could be distributed on a floppy disk. <br />Records Retention - On -going maintenance of the Records Retention Program <br />and Central File System created in 1992.
