Harrington explained that <br /> 36 staff felt it was an honest mistake and that the garage meets all <br /> 37 conditions of the City Code. <br /> 38 <br /> 39 Vince Meyer, 8380 Spring Lake Road, explained his situation regarding the <br /> 40 construction of his oversized garage. Mr. Meyer's stated that the garage <br /> 41 is built and there has been no problems with the neighbors. <br /> 42 <br /> 43 Harrington explained that the staff looked at all of the envelopes and <br /> 44 dates were all different.
