Consideration of Resolution No. 4603 Regarding Development Review <br /> 15 Request of Wolf and Associates, 4860 Mustang Circle <br /> 16 <br /> 17 Paul Harrington, Community Development Coordinator, explained the <br /> 18 contents of the Development Review for Wolf and Associates regarding <br /> 19 the construction of a square foot addition to their existing <br /> 20 facility. Harrington reported that the development meets all <br /> 21 requirements of the Municipal Code as it relates to setbacks, <br /> 22 parking and land use. <br /> 23 <br /> 24 MOTION/SECOND: Wuori/Trude to Adopt Resolution No. 4603 Approving <br /> 25 the Development request of Wolf and Associates, 4860 Mustang Circle <br /> 26 <br /> 27 VOTE: 4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> 28 <br /> 29 F. Consideration of Approval of Expenditure of $35, 000 for the <br /> 30 Construction of a New Police Parking Lot and Authorization for the <br /> 31 Director of Public Works to Sign Change Orders not to Exceed 10% <br /> 32 <br /> 33 Mike Ulrich, Director of Public Works, explained what the project <br /> 34 included. Expenditures will be approximately $35, 000. Staff is <br /> 35 requesting that this expenditure be funded out of the Silver Lake <br /> 36 Woods Account. <br /> 37 <br /> 38 MOTION/SECOND: Trude/Blanchard to Approve the Expenditure of $35, 000 <br /> 39 for a New Police Department Parking Lot to be Funded by the Silver <br /> 40 Lake Woods Account and Authorize the Director of Public Works to <br /> 41 Sign Changes Orders Not to Exceed 10% of the Entire Project <br /> 42 <br /> 43 VOTE: 4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> 44 <br /> 45 G. Consideration of Resolution No. 4607 Declaring Insufficient the <br /> 46 Initiative Petition Proposing to Limit the Number of Total Terms for <br /> 47 Which a Person Could File for the Office of Mayor or City Council <br /> 48 <br /> 49 Samantha Orduno, City Administrator, stated that the Assistant to <br /> 50 the City Administrator was given a petition on Friday, July 15 by an <br /> 51 unidentified person who just requested that the envelope be date <br /> 52 stamped. Orduno stated that she was processing this Petition <br /> 53 according to the procedures outlined in the City Charter. Orduno <br /> 54 reported that based on the lack of required signatures and missing <br />
