At the September, 1994, Council Worksession, the City <br /> Council was presented with a new method of determining liquor license fees that is more fair <br /> and equitable to affected proprietors. The proposed formula for both on-sale without cabaret <br /> and on-sale with cabaret is $.65/sq. ft. for bar area and $.53/sq. ft. for dining area. <br /> Each establishment would be affected as follows: <br /> DONATELLES <br /> BAR AREA • $.65/sq. ft. x 891 sq. ft. = $579.15 <br /> DINING AREA • $.53/sq. ft. x 4280 sq. ft. = $2268.40 <br /> TOTAL FOR DONATELLES = $2,847.55/yr.
