($10,000 cap) <br /> By changing the liquor license fee structure to the proposed formula including the minimum and <br /> the maximum fees, the City would experience a decrease in revenues. In 1993, the City <br /> collected $25,623.70 in liquor license fees from these three establishments. If the Council <br /> adopted this new liquor license fee structure, the City would collect $17,720.30, a difference <br /> of $7,903.40. This amount has been taken into consideration for the proposed 1995 budget. <br /> If this Resolution is adopted, the new fees would be retroactive to July 1, 1994. <br />
