RESOLUTION NO. 4629 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 4461, <br /> ADOPTING THE 1994 CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW FEE SCHEDULE <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has evaluated the method for <br /> determining the intoxicating liquor license fee for on-sale without cabaret and on- <br /> sale with cabaret; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council wanted a more fair and equitable method to be <br /> developed; and <br /> WHEREAS, several alternatives for restructuring the intoxicating liquor <br /> license fees were proposed to the City Council and a new method was agreed <br /> upon. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br /> adopt Resolution No. 4629 amending the fee structure for on-sale without cabaret <br /> and on-sale with cabaret, Number 51 and 52 of the City of Mounds View Fee <br /> Schedule to read: <br /> 51. On-Sale without Cabaret - $.65 per square foot for that space which is used <br /> primarily as bar area and $.53 per square foot for that space which is used <br /> primarily as dining area with a minimum fee of $3,000 and a maximum fee of <br /> $10,000. <br /> 52. On-Sale with Cabaret - $.65 per square foot for that space which is used <br /> primarily as bar area and $.53 per square foot for that space which is used <br /> primarily as dining area with a minimum fee of $3,000 and a maximum fee of <br /> $10,000. <br /> This fee structure is to be effective July 1, 1994. <br /> Adopted this 12th day of September, 1994. <br /> Attest: <br /> Jerry Linke, Mayor <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Samantha Orduno, City Administrator <br />
