THIS IS <br /> IT . . . . <br /> For the Week of September 5 - September 9, 1994 <br /> ADMINISTRATION <br /> ADMINISTRATION <br /> Customer Service training <br /> On Wednesday, September 14, from 8 a.m. until noon, all members of City Staff will <br /> be participating in a customer service training program. This session will be the first <br /> of a two part program that will enhance the skills of City employees when dealing with <br /> all City customers. The second session will be conducted next Spring. This training <br /> evolved as part of the Focus 2000 directive to improve city image and relations with <br /> all its contacts. This is a great opportunity to rejuvenate the employees excitement in <br /> serving the public. <br /> Focus 2000 Steering Committee Meeting <br /> The Focus 2000 Steering Committee will be meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, <br /> September 15. The last time this group met was just before the April Council/Staff <br /> Strategic Planning Session. The Committee will review actions that have already <br /> been implemented, those that are scheduled to be implemented next year and <br /> discuss the future implementation of Focus 2000 action steps. <br /> Proactive Streetlight Plan <br /> NSP has been busy installing the ten streetlights as outlined in the streetlight <br /> installation plan. For your review, the locations where lights have been or will be <br /> installed before winter are: 1) Between 7664 and 7666 Woodlawn Drive. This is an <br />
