FINANCE <br /> • The 1993 legislature added MS 429.061, subd. 5 which allows Counties to <br /> charge municipalities administrative expenses associated with the collection of <br /> special assessments. Ramsey County will charge $2.50 per assessment per <br /> parcel per year beginning in 1995. The estimated cost for the City is $1,370, <br /> based upon 548 active assessments. <br /> • An audit of 1994 - 1995 workers compensation premiums was recently <br /> completed. The City will receive a refund of $1,367 as a result of the audit. <br /> • Dorothy Peterson is busy preparing for the annual reading and inspection of <br /> water meters. A few readers are still needed. Mother and Daughter doing <br /> fine. <br /> * The Department will conduct a qualifying shooting exercise this <br /> Friday at Spring Lake Park PD. <br /> * The Chief will be attending a Ramsey Co.
