5308 ST. STEPHENS UPDATE <br /> At the May 23, 1994 City Council meeting, tenants of 5308 St. Stephens <br /> addressed the Council regarding the condition of that property. The property, a <br /> rental, was cited by the Building Inspector for violations of the Mounds View <br /> Building Code in the early spring. The tenants asked the City Council to require the <br /> owner of the property to comply with the order for repairs issued by the Building <br /> Inspector. By the time the tenants addressed the City Council, the order for repairs <br /> had already gone to Ramsey County on citation. <br /> I am happy to report that this past week, the Inspector visited the property and all <br /> required repairs have been made. <br /> Paul H. <br />
