Nos. 81-08, Sec. 2; 87 - 10, Sec. 1) <br /> Section 220:00. Definjions. *Parks" and "Parkways" shall mean public areas <br /> designated in the City's Comprehensive Park System and Recreation Plan or set aside <br /> in any other manner or document for park or recreational purposes including, but <br /> not limited to, all trails, pathways, playgrounds, recreational fields and <br /> buildings, lakes, streams, canals, beaches, swimming pools, playlots, neighborhood <br /> parks, playfields, parks, special use parks, conservancy parks, local linear parks, <br /> access trailways, parkways, park access roads, and all grounds, buildings, <br /> structures and service facilities located therein or associated therewith and which <br /> are under the ownership, control or supervision of the City of Maple Grove Parks <br /> and Recreation Board or the City of Maple Grove. <br /> Section 220:05. C rfew. <br /> Subd, 1. No person shall be upon park or parkway property nor shall any person <br /> park a vehicle in or on any park, parkway or parking lot within a park or <br /> parkway between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. of the following day, <br /> unless otherwise indicated by signs posted by the Parks and Recreation Board. <br /> Subd. 2, The following are excepted from the provisions of Subd. 1 above. <br /> (a) Duly authorized public employees performing a necessary public <br /> function. <br /> (b) A person who is traveling without delay directly through the park <br /> system via motor vehicle, upon the established drives and parkways <br /> within such property. <br /> (c) Members of an organization which is granted an exception by permit <br /> issued by the Parks and Recreation Board, so long as each member is <br /> acting within the terms and conditions of said permit and is <br /> conducting himself pursuant to the rules, regulations and Ordinances <br /> of the City of Maple Grove and the laws of the State of Minnesota <br /> and of the United States. <br /> (1) To be eligible for such a permit, an organization must be exempt <br /> from Federal taxation under Section 501 of the Internal Revenue <br /> Code of 1954, and <br />
