No person shall sell or offer for sale any article or thing <br /> whatsoever in any park or parkway unless specific authorization has been given ( <br /> by the Parks and Recreation Board or the sales are made by the Parks and <br /> Recreation Board or under its direction. <br /> Subd. 8. No person shall use threatening, profane, abusive, disorderly, <br /> insulting or indecent language or commit any act which is a breach of the <br /> public peace in or upon any public park or parkway. (Amended as Section 220:45, <br /> Subd. 1, Ord. No. 82-11, Sec. 2) <br /> Subd. 9. No person shall gamble or perform any act which by contemporary <br /> standards may be considered lewd, indecent or improper in or upon any public <br /> park or parkway. (Amended as Section 220:45, Subd. 2, Ord. No. 82-11, Sec. 2) <br /> Subd. 10. No person shall take or allow to be taken upon any park property <br /> ,any domestic animal including, but not limited to, a dog, cat, horse or any <br /> other animal owned, harbored, kept by, or in the custody of any person. <br /> Subd. 11. No person shall start, maintain or allow to burn any fire upon any <br /> park property except that a small fire for culinary purposes may be started <br /> and maintained in a grill or inside a fire ring located within a designated <br /> picnic area. . Such a fire shall be started, maintained and extinguished <br /> pursuant to regulations established and posted by the Parks and Recreation <br /> Board. Every person who starts or maintains any such fire shall cause it to <br /> be completely extinguished before leaving the picnic area and shall safely <br /> dispose of any residue or refuse therefrom. <br /> Subd. 12. No person shall be upon any park property nude, clad solely in any <br /> undergarment, or otherwise clothed in such a manner as to expose his or her <br /> buttocks or any part of the anatomy described in Section 916;00, Subd. 3(a), <br /> of the Maple Grove Ordinance Code. (Amended, Ord. No. 90-48, Sec. 1) <br /> Subd. 13. No person shall , within the limits of any park property, possess <br /> any trap, trapping device or weapon prohibited by Minnesota Statutes or <br /> specified in Section 960. It shall also be unlawful to place or set or cause <br /> to be placed or set any trap or trapping device within the limits of any park. <br /> Subd. 14. No person shall hit any golf ball in any park or parkway. <br /> Subd. 15. No person shall conduct archery activity including, but not limited <br /> to, shooting any type of arrow, except within designated archery ranges as <br /> determined by the Parks and Recreation Board. <br />
