09-28-94 O2: 33PM FROM CITY OF MAPLE GROVE TO 7843462 POO4/OO7 <br /> 220:10 <br /> (Rev. 1987) <br /> (4) A violation of the terms of this Paragraph (c) or a permit <br /> issued thereunder shall be cause for an immediate police order <br /> to vacate park premises. Such a violation or a refusal to obey <br /> such an order, if given, shall be a violation of Section 220:05 <br /> for which the organization and any violating member may each <br /> be held liable. <br /> (5) The presence in a park of any member of an organization for <br /> which a permit is issued shall not be violation of Section 930 <br /> as long as the member is present pursuant to such a permit, is <br /> acting within its terms and conditions, and is conducting <br /> himself pursuant to the rules, regulations and Ordinances of <br /> the City of Maple Grove and the laws of the State of Minnesota <br /> and of the United States. <br /> Section 220:10. Prohibited Act_ivities,. The following prohibitions shall apply in <br /> Parks and Parkways located in the City of Maple Grove. <br /> Subd. 1. No person shall cut, break, scratch, mark or In any way injure or <br /> deface any building, fence, pump, lamp, flagpole, construction, improvement, <br /> facility or any other feature or property upon or within any park or parkway. <br /> Subd. 2. Without the specific permission of the Maple Grove Park. and Rec- <br /> reation Board, no person shall in any way cut, injure or deface any tree, <br /> shrub, or plant within the specified or obvious limits of any park or parkway. <br /> .Subd. 3. Unless deposited in provided receptacles, no person shall throw, <br /> deposit, place or leave in any park or parkway or waters therein any. paper, <br /> rubbish, waste, cans, bottles or refuse of any kind whether or not the same <br /> is offensive to the sense or is injurious to health. <br /> Subd. 4. No person shall place, post, fasten, paint or affix any billboard, <br /> bill, notice, sign or picture upon any structure, tree, stone, fence, thing, <br /> or enclosure within any park or parkway. <br /> Subd. 5. No person shall move any bench, table or any other equipment, <br /> structure or improvement located in any park or parkway, except that portable <br /> picnic tables may be moved within the designated limits of the picnic area in <br /> which they are located. <br /> Subd. 6. No person shall' enter a toilet room or bathhouse set apart for the <br /> opposite sex nor shall any person lurk, loiter or lie in wait outside or about <br /> any toilet room or bathhouse. <br />
