Wednesday Don and I conducted a presentation of <br /> the Mounds View budget process to the Ramsey County League of <br /> Local Governments. Aside from the malfunctioning of the new video <br /> equipment, I think it was informative for the cities to learn <br /> about the different budgeting processes. <br /> I have a LMC Regional meeting in Lindstrom tonight and a <br /> Minnesota City Manager's meeting in Alexandria on Friday. They <br /> want to hear all about our term limit ballot item. <br /> Don and I have been working on the presentation materials for <br /> Monday night's informational meeting on the proposed budget. <br /> It has been a busy week for general question calls. Hopefully, it <br /> will settle down a bit when the first snow flies.
